Frequently asked questions
What sizes do you offer, and how do they fit?
Currently, all our t-shirts come in our signature "Oversized Classic" fit—that's the only fit we offer right now. We designed it for a relaxed, streetwear-inspired silhouette that's roomy without looking sloppy.
For sizing:
- S – Chest: ~40–42" | Length: ~28"
- M – Chest: ~42–44" | Length: ~29"
- L – Chest: ~44–46" | Length: ~30"
- XL – Chest: ~46–48" | Length: ~31"
If you're 6' tall, we'd generally recommend L for a true oversized look or M if you prefer it slightly more fitted but still relaxed.
We're also working on adding sweatshirts and caps to our collection soon!
What fabric are your t-shirts made of? Will they shrink?
Our Oversized Classic T-shirts are made from high-quality cotton blends sourced through Qikink's network. While specific GSM can vary by batch, we prioritize durability and comfort. All our prints use DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing with CMYK inks—this gives vibrant, long-lasting designs .
To preserve your tee:
- Wash inside out in cold water
- Air-dry or tumble dry on low
- Avoid ironing directly on the print
- Pre-shrunk fabric minimizes shrinkage, but following care instructions ensures the best longevity
When will I get my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after you place your order .
Estimated delivery times within India:
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3–4 business days
- Non-metro / Tier-2 cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote areas: Up to 7–10 business days
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your order every step of the way.
What if my product arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected?
We take quality seriously, but if something goes wrong:
For damaged/defective/misprinted items:
- Submit your claim within 7 days of delivery
- You'll need to provide:Unboxing video (critical for verification)Clear photos of the defectImages of the original packaging
Important: Without an unboxing video, Qikink may not be able to verify the issue, and we may not be able to process a refund or replacement .
For wrong size ordered (no defect):
- Exchanges or returns due to size issues are handled at your expense—you'd need to place a new order for the correct size .
What if I order the wrong size or change my mind? Can I return it?
We understand—sometimes things don't work out. Here's how we handle it:
For defective/damaged items (our fault):
- Submit your claim with an unboxing video and photos within 7 days of delivery
- If approved, we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund
For wrong size or changed mind (your choice):
- Returns are accepted within 7–14 days of delivery
- Return shipping costs are borne by you
- Refund is processed after we receive and inspect the returned item (in original condition with tags intact)
For lost in transit:
- If the courier marks your package as lost, we'll issue a full refund immediately
